We are seeking registered nurses to join our teams within the medical division in various specialities at both our Calderdale Royal Hospital and Huddersfield Royal Infirmary sites.
As part of our commitment to improving working lives we have opportunities for you to join our team on a range of different contracts including full or part time, permanent nights or weekend only and annualised contracts.
To further support you experience & development as CHFT we ensure all new staff nurses receive a week long induction on commencement of employment, are enrolled on a yearlong preceptorship programme & are allocated an experience clinical preceptor. To provide additional clinical support the division also have “clinical nurse educators” who will support your practice & development within the ward/department environment.
We have posts in various specialities, including:
• Medical elderly & complex care
• Emergency & acute medicine (A&E and MAU)
• Acute Medicine
• Stroke care
• Respiratory medicine
Applications from third year nursing students would be welcome and all students are guaranteed an interview.
As from 1st October 2017 there will be an additional enhancement to bank pay rates for all Band 5 Registered Nurses, ODPs and Midwives.
This enhancement will be 20% additional to your current basic hourly rate and will be introduced for all shifts worked from 1st October 2017 until 31st March 2018, as part of a trial period.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
