Do you enjoy working as a valued and integral member of a multidisciplinary team? This specialist post requires someone with vision and enthusiasm to continue shaping and developing the dietetic service within the adult inpatient team. This post will offer a wide variety of experience in a range of dietetic specialities including stroke and critical care to cover maternity leave. The post supports other band 6, band 5  and band 3 colleagues in their induction and ongoing development so provides leadership experience on a daily basis. There is a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary projects and the whole team, including very supportive consultants, are well motivated to achieve quality, evidence based care.

 

You will be part of a friendly and enthusiastic team of 25 dietitians. Your career progression is important to us and we are committed to continuous professional development and student training. We are in a Directorate with other Allied Health Professionals; this will enable you to work with other therapists on projects and develop new skills that will complement your clinical work. There is excellent secretarial support and IT facilities. Good road and rail access to nearby Leeds, Manchester, the Yorkshire Dales and Peak District.
