Band 5 Preceptorship Midwife
Band 5 - £24,214 - £30,112 per annum pro rata
Would you like to offer women and families continuity of carer; to support them in every part of their journey whilst developing your own skills in every part of your midwifery practice?
We are looking for highly motivated midwives with caring and compassionate qualities to work in our friendly maternity service.
The service is introducing different models of continuity, each with varying levels of flexible working to meet the safety standards of continuity of carer, as well as women’s needs, while recognising that midwives also need to know when they are working/resting. The models will offer different ways of working and will potentially include on calls.
We would like to invite Band 5/6 midwives with a passion for woman centered care to apply to join our innovative and supportive midwifery teams to be a part of shaping care for women and families.
You are welcome to come and have an informal visit, meet the friendly team and find out about us.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
