This post offers an exciting opportunity to gain extensive experience and training in a well-established and respected Clinical Haematology department.
We are looking for a doctor with a keen interest in Haematology, who is looking to develop their skills and knowledge in these areas. This post would be ideal for someone looking for a future career within these specialties and there are opportunities internally for development, progression and contract extension. We have a history of supporting candidates to successfully complete their FRCPath examinations if desired.
The successful applicant will work 10 PA’s and be involved in delivering all aspects of the service working alongside the existing Haematology team, consisting of consultants, registrars, an advanced nurse practitioner and specialist nurses. Applications are encouraged from doctors who have completed 4 years full time postgraduate training (or equivalent experience).
Applicants must be eligible for full registration with the General Medical Council and hold a License to Practice.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
