We require a self motivated, forward thinking, experienced nurse to join the Outpatient Directorate team. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to the current post holder being on a 12 month secondment opportunity.

Are you ready for a new challenge in your career. This post is for a 12 month secondment, so a great opportunity to any experienced band 6/7 nurses who want to expand their experience and manage OPD services across Orthopaedics and ENT.

The Post holder will work closely with the Outpatient Directorate leadership and will support the Matron and General Manager to ensure that the  patient  experience in the outpatient setting is outstanding whilst demonstrating collaborative working across divisional boundaries.

You will need to have a current NMC Nursing registration. You will possess excellent communication skills, be able to motivate teams to deliver outpatient services, working with patients to improve services.
