We are looking to appoint a highly motivated team player to the position of Property Manager. Based at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary you will assist in providing support and advice across Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust buildings, ensuring that services are being delivered to a safe standard in compliance with legal and best practice guidance. You will be a key player working in partnership with all internal and external service providers including NHSPS, NHSI/E, councils and CCG’s to support the best use of healthcare estate.
You should have a flexible approach and a passion for maintaining high service standards. You will have highly developed organisational skills and excellent IT skills. The post holder will be the responsible person for the management, development and maintenance of asset records and drawings for all properties using AutoCAD and the MICAD asset database software. This includes collation and storage of Operation and Maintenance manuals from all capital and revenue projects.
