Community Staff Nurse- Agenda for Change- Band 5- 37.5 hours- Lower Valley District Nurse Teams

Working within a community nursing team in Lower Valley area of Calderdale who provides 24 hour, 7 day a week service where an element of flexible working is expected to maintain safe, effective and responsive service.

We are looking to appoint registered general nurses who have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both part of a team and independently.

Knowledge of system one patient record system would be an advantage however full training would be given as part of the induction period if required.

It is essential you are able to fulfil the travel requirements of the post and hold a full clean driving licence.
